Calm nights. Confident days. Real rest.

What Cradira Support is.

Cradira Support is one-on-one, human postpartum support designed for real life. This is for the moments when you want to talk something through, get reassurance from an experienced professional, or feel less alone during a stretch that can be intense and unpredictable.

Our support is practical, grounded, and non-judgmental. We don’t tell you how to parent. We help you understand what’s happening, talk through your options, and decide what feels right for your family.

Support can happen in your home in the GTHA or virtually, depending on your location and needs.

Who is this for?

Cradira Support is a good fit if you’re feeling overwhelmed, unsure, or stretched thin. Some families reach out with a specific question about feeding, sleep, or recovery. Others want ongoing guidance during the first weeks after birth. Many just want to hear from someone who has been there before and can help things feel more manageable. Others really just want a moment to breathe and some sleep while knowing that their baby is safe and cared for.

You do not need to be in crisis. You do not need to know exactly what you need. You can come as you are.

Cradira Support’s Team

All Cradira Support is provided by Certified Postpartum Specialists with real-world experience supporting families through the early days after birth. Our team is trained to support a wide range of feeding methods, family structures, and postpartum experiences.

We believe parents are the experts on their own families. Our role is to offer steady guidance, evidence-based information, and emotional support without pressure or judgment.

You will never be told there is only one right way.

Support begins with a conversation. We learn a bit about what’s going on for you, what feels hardest right now, and what kind of help would be most useful. From there, we recommend a support option that fits your needs and your situation.

We offer structured daytime and overnight postpartum support across the GTA and Hamilton area. Some families book a single session. Others choose more structured support over time. There is no expectation to commit to more than feels right for you.

If we’re fully booked or outside your area, we’ll help connect you with another trusted professional whenever possible. And if in-home support isn’t the right fit, or you’d like to supplement care with education and expert guidance, Cradira Digital offers app-based, evidence-based postpartum support you can use anytime.
