The people behind the magic.
We’re Angelina and Natasa, your Hamilton and Toronto postpartum support team who believe real care is calm, consistent, and judgment-free. We founded Cradira Support to make those early months easier for families, without the stress, confusion, or chaos that often comes with new parenthood.
Between us, we’ve supported hundreds of families with preemies, multiples, first-timers, and parents navigating sleep, feeding, and emotional recovery. While we personally handle most care, our goal is to build a trusted network so every family can find the right support, even if it isn’t us.
Postpartum isn’t one size fits all, but the right guidance can make it feel manageable, and even a little magical.
Meet our team.

Angelina Kiwanuka-Quinlan – Overnight Specialist & Co-founder
I became a postpartum professional because I didn’t have all the answers when my daughter was born. Sleep deprivation, chestfeeding struggles, and postpartum mood challenges showed me just how overwhelming early parenthood can be, and how debilitating unrealistic standards are.
Since 2001, I’ve trained and/or certified as an Antepartum, Labour, Stillbirthday and Postpartum Doula, Childbirth Educator, Sleepwonders Integrative Sleep Coach, and Perinatal Support Worker, supporting over 200 families.
These days, I focus on overnight care, helping families recover, adjust, and gently nurture healthy sleep habits, with calm, practical guidance when it matters the most.
When I’m not working, you’ll find me curled up with a book, doing a jigsaw puzzle, or hanging out with family.
Natasa Oliveira – Daytime Specialist & Co-founder
My passion for postpartum support began with my own journey into motherhood. After navigating sleepless nights and feeding struggles, I saw how hard it can be to find informed, compassionate help, and I became determined to change that for other families.
I’ve spent more than 16 years supporting newborn parents across the Golden Horseshoe, specializing in gentle overnight care, emotional support, and sleep shaping. My goal is to help parents rest, recover, and rebuild confidence in those early weeks, while making sure they feel truly cared for along the way.
I’m a Certified Doula and Perinatal Support Worker. Families often tell me I bring a calm, grounding energy. The kind that makes even the most exhausted night feel a little lighter.
When I’m not working, I love baking, travelling, and enjoying quiet mornings with coffee, always finding calm whenever I can.

Growing Cradira Support’s network.
While we are the founding caregivers, Cradira Support is built to expand. Our goal is to connect families with a vetted network of postpartum specialists and referral partners so you always have access to care that fits your schedule and needs.
This means:
- Consistent, high-quality care whenever possible
- Support for families with unique needs or multiple babies
- Access to additional trusted caregivers if our schedules don’t align
- Connections to professionals who align with your values and parenting approach
Why families choose us.
We’re not here to fix your baby or parenthood, you’re not broken. We’re here to make the early months manageable, give parents confidence, and provide practical, human support that feels like a lifeline rather than a lecture.
Real magic isn’t about perfection. It’s about rest, reassurance, and a helping hand when you need it most.
