Angelina Kiwanuka-Quinlan – Overnight Specialist & Co-founder

I became a postpartum professional because I didn’t have all the answers when my daughter was born. Sleep deprivation, chestfeeding struggles, and postpartum mood challenges showed me just how overwhelming early parenthood can be, and how debilitating unrealistic standards are.

Since 2001, I’ve trained and/or certified as an Antepartum, Labour, Stillbirthday and Postpartum Doula, Childbirth Educator, Sleepwonders Integrative Sleep Coach, and Perinatal Support Worker, supporting over 200 families.

These days, I focus on overnight care, helping families recover, adjust, and gently nurture healthy sleep habits, with calm, practical guidance when it matters the most.

When I’m not working, you’ll find me curled up with a book, doing a jigsaw puzzle, or hanging out with family.

My passion for postpartum support began with my own journey into motherhood. After navigating sleepless nights and feeding struggles, I saw how hard it can be to find informed, compassionate help, and I became determined to change that for other families.

I’ve spent more than 16 years supporting newborn parents across the Golden Horseshoe, specializing in gentle overnight care, emotional support, and sleep shaping. My goal is to help parents rest, recover, and rebuild confidence in those early weeks, while making sure they feel truly cared for along the way.

I’m a Certified Doula and Perinatal Support Worker. Families often tell me I bring a calm, grounding energy. The kind that makes even the most exhausted night feel a little lighter.

When I’m not working, I love baking, travelling, and enjoying quiet mornings with coffee, always finding calm whenever I can.

Why families choose us.

We’re not here to fix your baby or parenthood, you’re not broken. We’re here to make the early months manageable, give parents confidence, and provide practical, human support that feels like a lifeline rather than a lecture.
