The support you actually need, right when you need it.

Cradira Digital offers practical, judgment-free postpartum support programs for parents navigating the early days and weeks of parenthood. Right now, these programs focus on the first six weeks after birth because that’s where many families feel the most intensity and uncertainty.

Every program follows the same support framework, just tailored to different levels of guidance and depth, so you are never starting from scratch. If you’re new here, start with The Calm Before the Baby, and then choose the level of support that feels right for you.

Frequently Asked Questions

Choosing support can feel overwhelming, especially in the early days. These are the questions parents ask us most before getting started.

Which program should I start with?

Most families start with The Calm Before the Baby, our free introduction to the Cradira approach. It’s a gentle way to get oriented without committing to anything.

If you’re already postpartum and want light, flexible support, the Starter Kit is a good place to begin.
If you’re dealing with one specific challenge, a Quick Take can help you focus without overwhelm.
If you want structure and guidance through the first weeks, the Deep Dive offers a more complete path.

There’s no wrong choice. You can always move forward, switch programs, or add more support when you’re ready.

Is this self-paced?

100%. Nap-by-nap, day-by-day. Whatever works for your life. The Survive and Stay Sane Challenge in the Deep Dive is set up to follow your first 6 weeks postpartum, but you can move faster, slower, or sideways. There’s no wrong pace here.

How long do I have access?

Six months from your purchase date. If you need extra time (because life happens sometimes), reach out, we’re humans, not robots.

Can I upgrade later if I want more support?

Totally doable. Quick Take buyers have the option of upgrading to the Deep Dive within the first 72 hours and having a full credit. Zero pressure, full flexibility.

Can my partner or support person join too?

Please. They need this as much as you do, maybe more. You can work through it together or tag-team it depending on who’s awake.

What if something unexpected comes up and I fall behind?

Oh, something will come up; it’s late pregnancy and postpartum. If life throws you a curveball, reach out. We’ll help you figure out next steps and keep you supported.

Is this only for the first six weeks postpartum?

Right now, our programs are designed to support families through the first six weeks after birth, because that’s when many parents need the most guidance.

That said, the tools, lessons, and conversations inside Cradira are useful beyond that window too. Many families join later, revisit content, or move at their own pace depending on what life looks like.

Over time, Cradira will offer programs for different stages of parenthood. For now, everything here is built to meet you where you are, not where you “should” be.
