Structured daytime and overnight postpartum support services across the Greater Toronto and Hamilton Area, designed to protect your rest, support recovery, and give you experienced guidance through newborn care.

What Cradira Support is.
Cradira Support is one-on-one, human postpartum support services designed for real life. This is for moments when you want to talk something through, get reassurance from an experienced professional, or have reliable support during an intense and unpredictable time.
Our support is practical, grounded, and non-judgmental. We don’t tell you how to parent. We help you understand what’s happening, talk through your options, and decide what feels right for your family.
Support can happen in your home in the GTHA or virtually, depending on your location and needs.
It’s not our baby, not our body, not our life. We’re here to make your life easier, not judge it.
Who is this for?
Cradira Support is a good fit if you’re feeling overwhelmed, unsure, or stretched thin. Some families reach out with a specific question about feeding, sleep, or recovery. Others want ongoing guidance during the first weeks after birth. Many are looking for experienced perspective, calm guidance, and real rest, knowing their baby is safe and cared for so they can sleep, reset, and function.
You do not need to be in crisis. You do not need to know exactly what you need. You can come as you are.

Superheroes are for comic books. In real life, support looks like rest, a helping hand, and expectations that don’t lead to burnout.
Cradira Support’s Team
All Cradira Support is provided by Certified Postpartum Specialists with real-world experience supporting families through the early days after birth. Our team is trained to support a wide range of feeding methods, family structures, and postpartum experiences.
We believe parents are the experts on their own families. Our role is to offer steady guidance, evidence-based information, and emotional support without pressure or judgment.
You will never be told there is only one right way. Our team works with families who value expertise, discretion, and calm, steady support.
How support works.

Support begins with a conversation focused on what’s happening for you right now. We learn what feels hardest, what kind of help would be most useful, and what matters most to you. From there, we recommend a support option that fits your needs and your situation.
We offer structured daytime and overnight postpartum support across the GTA and Hamilton area. Some families book a single session. Most work with us over a longer stretch to stabilize sleep, build confidence, and establish routines that actually work for their lives. There is no expectation to commit to more than feels right for you.
If we’re fully booked or outside your area, we’ll help connect you with another trusted professional whenever possible. And if in-home support isn’t the right fit, or you’d like to supplement care with education and expert guidance, Cradira Digital offers app-based, evidence-based postpartum support you can use anytime.
Frequently asked questions.
These are some of the most common questions families ask when considering postpartum support.
Is this medical care or therapy?
No. Cradira Support is non-medical and non-therapeutic. We provide education, guidance, and emotional support, and we refer out when something is outside our scope.
Do I need to know what kind of support I want before reaching out?
Not at all. Many families contact us without knowing exactly what they need. We’ll help you figure that out together.
Is support available virtually?
Yes. We offer Guided Postpartum Support remotely as structured sessions or one-off topics, as well as in-home support in select areas.
Can my partner be involved?
Absolutely. We encourage partner involvement whenever possible.
Is this only for the first few days after birth?
No. While many families reach out in the early weeks, support can be helpful anytime during the postpartum period.
