Welcome to Cradira: Your Sanity Saving Sidekick

Cradira is a care hub for new parents who want to raise their babies without losing themselves.

The name comes from the Latin words for cradle and care — and the idea behind it? Picture your toddler carrying a plate of spaghetti with both hands. Your job? Just be there underneath. Not to swoop in, not to take over, but to be the backup plan if things start to fall apart.

That’s what Cradira is here for:

  • To give you support without judgment,

  • To offer help without telling you what to do,

  • To gently catch you when you drop one of the 4,932 balls you’re juggling.

Meet Your Best Friend
Navigating Parenthood Together

Unlike some of the shouty, one-size-fits-none parenting spaces out there, Cradira is:

  • Queer- and trans-inclusive

  • Neurodivergent-friendly

  • Built by real perinatal professionals (not influencers)

  • Totally fine if you swear, cry, pump, or text your therapist mid-diaper-change

We believe there’s no one right way to parent — just safe ways, supported ways, and your way.

Cradira has been a lifesaver! Their support made those first months feel manageable, and I felt truly understood as a new parent. Highly recommend!
