Cradira is here to support — not replace — your medical, psychological, or emergency care. We offer informational content, coaching, and planning tools, but nothing in the app should be interpreted as a substitute for professional diagnosis or treatment.

By using Cradira, you agree not to sue us for things we didn’t promise to fix, and we agree to keep making this the safest, least-judgy parenting space on the internet.

Privacy Policy

We care about your privacy like we care about your postpartum mental health — seriously.

We collect only the data we need to make the Cradira app functional and helpful, including your email address, optional quiz answers, and progress in-app. We do not sell your data, stalk your search history, or judge your snack choices at 3am.

We follow all relevant privacy legislation (hi, PIPEDA + GDPR). If you want your data deleted, just email us at privacy@cradira.io and we’ll make it happen.
