OVERNIGHT POSTPARTUM SUPPORT
Overnight support gives you tomorrow back.
Overnight postpartum support should let you sleep, not leave you half-awake and supervising. We follow your feeding plan, care for your baby, and handle the ordinary overnight decisions so you can actually rest.

Hand it over fully
You do not have to supervise the support.

Flexible feeding support
You feed, we feed, or we share the night.

Responsive newborn care
Care shaped around your baby and preferences.

Morning handover
Wake up knowing what happened and what matters.

Experience you can borrow
Hundreds of babies and families supported.
Someone else being there doesn’t always mean you’re off duty.
You may be in bed but still listening for every sound, remembering when your baby last fed, wondering whether the plan is being followed, or waiting to be called back in.
Real rest becomes possible when the person caring for your baby has the information, supplies, and agreed boundaries they need to handle routine decisions calmly and know when to involve you.
That is the part we take off your plate.

Knowing when to involve you
What overnight postpartum support can look like in your home
Every night is different. We begin with your preferences, feeding plan, and the decisions you want made in advance, then adjust as your baby’s needs change.
We agree on the plan
Feeds, wake-ups, supplies, preferences, and when to involve you.
We set up the night
Feeding, changing, and settling supplies are placed where they’ll be used.
You hand it over
You head to bed knowing the ordinary overnight decisions are covered.
We respond and track
We care for your baby according to the plan and record what’s useful.
You wake up informed
You get a clear handover with what happened and what matters next.
Your feeding plan leads the night
You feed, we support
You stay focused on feeding. We handle the surrounding pieces so you can get back to rest.
We handle the feed
When bottle feeding is part of your plan, we manage the full wake-up with expressed milk or formula.
We share the night
Some feeds may involve you. Others may not. We adjust as your baby, recovery, and goals change.
No pressure. No feeding hierarchy. We support your plan, not an agenda.
Responsive care, realistic newborn sleep
We respond to your baby’s cues and follow the plan you’ve chosen for feeding, settling, and sleep.
We can create a calmer night environment, notice patterns, and use age-appropriate rhythms that may support longer stretches of rest. We don’t promise that a newborn will sleep through the night, impose a rigid schedule, or leave a young baby to cry without support.
What we can help with
Cradira provides non-medical, parent-led support. We do not diagnose sleep or feeding conditions.
Small overnight systems that make rest easier
A smoother night is usually less about finding the perfect routine and more about removing repeated friction before everyone is tired.

Supplies where they’re used
Feeding, changing, and settling supplies stay within easy reach.

Clear wake-up plan
We agree in advance on what we handle and when to involve you.

Track what matters
Useful details without documenting every breath.

Morning handover
You wake up knowing what happened, what worked, and what needs attention.

Your morning handover may include:
- How the night went
- Feeds and amounts
- Diapers and settling
- What worked and what didn’t
- Any concerns or follow-up
- Help for the day ahead

She helped us become better parents because we were no longer sleep deprived.
Angelina worked with us when our twin boys were born, and again 3 years later when we had our daughter. Each time she gave us the tools, support, and – most importantly – sleep we so desperately needed. She is kind, knowledgeable, and a genuine game-changer. for new parents. We wish every family had her in their corner.

Quick answers
What does overnight postpartum support include?
Overnight postpartum support includes hands-on newborn care, feeding support according to your plan, changing, burping and settling so you can rest. Just as importantly, it includes space to talk through how things are going, reassurance and validation, clear explanations, and practical options when something isn’t working.
We help you notice patterns, organize supplies, simplify routines, and create clear ways to track and share useful information. Before leaving, we reset the baby-care areas and provide a clear morning handover so everyone starts the day informed and the plan doesn’t live in one person’s head.
Can you handle all of the overnight feeds?
Yes, when bottle feeding is part of your plan. We can offer expressed milk or formula by bottle, handle the full wake-up, track what matters, and wake you only according to the plan we agree on.
Will you wake me overnight?
We decide that together before you go to bed. You can be woken for every feed, specific feeds, or only when something genuinely needs your attention.
Is overnight support awake care?
No. We rest when your baby is safely sleeping and respond when they need feeding, changing, settling, or other agreed support.
