VIRTUAL POSTPARTUM SUPPORT
Virtual support gives you a clear next step.

Practical next steps
Leave with something useful, not a longer list of advice.

Use virtual support before or after baby arrives
You don’t need to know the name of the service you need before reaching out. Start with what is happening in your household and what you want to make easier. Pick the situation that feels closest, or bring the messy question. We’ll help you work out where to begin.
Before baby arrives
Plan feeding logistics, nights, visitors, meals, supplies, shared roles and backup support before those decisions become urgent.
After baby arrives
Work through baby care, feeding, sleep, recovery, household tasks, handovers or a recurring problem that is taking more energy than it should.
Partners, co-parents and key support people are welcome to participate. Plans are often easier to use when the people involved can hear the same information and make decisions together.

This is not generic baby advice
Virtual support is for the parts that get missed when everyone gives you a tip, a link or a list.
We look at what is actually happening in your home: what your baby seems to need, where the day gets stuck, what support is available, what information needs to be shared and which decisions keep circling back.
Then we turn that into something usable. That might be a feeding flow, a night plan, a visitor boundary, a handover routine, a supply setup or a clearer way to divide responsibilities.
Not perfect. Not precious. Just clearer.
Less “have you tried this?” More “what would actually work here?”
What we can help you sort through
Bring one focused question or a situation that feels tangled. Before the call, you’ll complete a short intake so we can understand the context and spend the session working through it rather than starting from scratch.

Feeding logistics
Bottle routines, pumping setup, formula preparation, shared feeding roles, and questions for your care provider.

Sleep & settling
Wake windows, evening fussiness, overnight flow, sleep foundations, and calmer handovers.

Household systems
Meals, laundry, supplies, baby-care zones, restocking, and recurring household friction.

Roles and handovers
Clarify responsibilities, make handovers easier and decide what needs to be visible instead of remembered or repeatedly explained.

Visitors and boundaries
What help you actually want, what visitors need to know, and how to make visits useful.

When everything feels like too much
When nothing is clearly “wrong” but the household still feels overloaded, we help identify the pressure points and choose a manageable next step.

How a virtual session works
The conversation is shaped around your actual situation. We gather the context first, look at the moving pieces together and help you leave with a practical next step.
Complete a short intake
Tell us what is happening, what you have already tried and what feels hardest to sort through.
Bring the right people
Join individually or include a partner, co-parent or key support person when it would help to work from the same information.
Map what is happening
We look across baby care, feeding, sleep, recovery, household capacity, support roles and routines.
Make the decisions clearer
Together, we identify what is overloaded, unclear, missing or relying too heavily on one person’s memory.
Leave with a usable next step
You leave with an agreed plan, routine, script, checklist or decision that fits your household.

Choose the kind of support that fits
Some families want a resource they can work through independently. Others need a real conversation or experienced help inside the home. You can start with what is useful now and add another kind of support if your needs change.
Work through it independently
Use the planning quizzes to notice pressure points and choose a starting place. The Cradira app provides short, self-directed postpartum learning, while the Household Systems Guide helps you build the broader systems that keep information, decisions and responsibilities from living in one person’s head.
Work through it with us
Choose virtual support when you want personalized help applying information, making decisions or creating a workable plan for your actual baby, household and support situation.
Bring support into the home
Choose in-home Cradira Support when you need experienced hands, newborn care, protected rest and practical postpartum support across Toronto, the GTA and Hamilton
Cradira provides non-medical, parent-led support. We don’t diagnose, prescribe or replace your doctor, midwife, lactation consultant, therapist or another regulated healthcare provider. We can help you notice patterns, prepare questions and decide what may be worth bringing to your care team.
“
I highly recommend Cradira to anyone looking for caring, knowledgeable and effective virtual support during the postpartum period.
Angelina is a lifesaver! After the birth of my son, we struggled significantly with sleep, and her virtual support made such a difference. She provided practical advice that helped us get our son sleeping better. She also helped me prioritize what needed to be taken care of around the house and reassured me about what could wait. The clothes did not need to be folded perfectly and the house did not need to be perfect. Done was good enough!
In addition, Angelina supported me through feeding challenges with patience, encouragement, and practical guidance. Some of the sleeping challenges were connected to the feeding challenges, and she was able to identify that and provide helpful guidance.
She was knowledgeable, compassionate and, most importantly, Angelina never made me feel judged. I only ever felt cared for and supported.

Quick answers
What is virtual postpartum support?
Virtual postpartum support is a video or phone-based session where we help you sort through newborn care, feeding logistics, sleep, household systems, partner roles, visitors, routines, and the support plan around your actual life.
Is this medical advice?
No. Cradira provides non-medical, parent-led support. We don’t diagnose, prescribe, or replace your doctor, midwife, lactation consultant, therapist, or other regulated provider.
Can you help with feeding or sleep?
Yes, within our non-medical scope. We can help you think through routines, patterns, logistics, and questions to bring to the right care provider when needed.
Do I need to know exactly what I need before booking?
No. You can come with a messy situation, a half-formed question, or a general sense that things are harder than they need to be.
Can partners join the call?
Yes. Partners, co-parents, and key support people are welcome when it makes sense. Sometimes the support plan works better when more than one person can hear the same thing at the same time.
Where is virtual support available?
Virtual support is available across Canada and beyond, depending on scheduling and fit.

You don’t need a perfect plan. You need a usable next step.
Bring the question that feels messy. We’ll help you understand what is happening, make the next decisions clearer and build a step your household can actually use.
