Start free with The Calm Before the Baby.
The Calm Before the Baby is a free, short program inside the Cradira app. It helps expecting parents and support people bring expectations into the open by talking through roles, boundaries, practical priorities and what support will look like after the baby arrives.
It helps you make some of the routine decisions before you’re tired and improvising, without handing you another enormous checklist or insisting there is only one right way to do postpartum.
Complete it before your baby arrives, then return to it later when the plan needs a refresher or real life requires an adjustment.
Choose the level of support that fits your life.
Choose a starting point based on how much support you want. Each paid program is self-paced inside the free Cradira app, and you only need to purchase the option you want.
The program lengths describe the period they guide you through. They are not daily assignments or another schedule you have to keep up with.
Paid programs include six months of access, so you can move at your own pace and revisit the material when you need it.

Not sure which program fits? Take the 2-minute quiz. No wrong answers. Just fewer 3 a.m. Google spirals.
What you’ll find inside the app
Practical support you can use without clearing your calendar, arranging childcare or pretending you’ve got the bandwidth for a two-hour masterclass.

Short lessons
Bite-sized video and written lessons designed to fit between feeds, naps and whatever just started crying.

Practical tools
Guides, checklists and downloadable resources for feeding, sleep, recovery, communication and household logistics.

Trackers and prompts
Simple tools for noticing patterns, recording what matters and talking through useful next steps together.
Support that works at your pace.
Cradira isn’t built around a perfect-parent checklist or a rigid daily curriculum.
You can prepare before the baby arrives, look something up during a 2 a.m. feed or return to a lesson after your exhausted brain has declined to retain it the first time.
Use the app regularly, occasionally or only when something comes up. It’s there to support your life, not become another thing you have to manage.
It can also help parents and support people work from the same starting point, talk through expectations and make some routine decisions before they become urgent. The goal is less information living in one person’s head and fewer instructions having to be invented on the spot.
The Cradira app might fit if:
A quick scope note: Cradira provides non-medical, parent-led support. The app does not diagnose, prescribe or replace your healthcare providers.
Where the app fits
Choose the kind of support that fits what you need: a quick starting point, short learning, a broader household system or help applying it all to your actual situation.
Planning quizzes help you see where time, household capacity or support systems may be under pressure and choose a useful place to begin.
The Cradira app offers short postpartum lessons, practical tools and guided programs you can use independently and at your own pace.
The Household Systems Guide helps you build the broader household infrastructure around shared information, roles, routine decisions and practical handovers.
Virtual and in-home support add personalized human help when you want someone to work through your particular baby, household or support situation with you.
Some families stay entirely digital. Others combine self-guided resources with human support. Start with what feels useful and add more only if it would genuinely help.

My wife and I found it extremely helpful going into this pregnancy.
We felt very prepared which eased our minds and made the experience that much more enjoyable. Worth investing your time and money. Your future selves will thank you and so will your baby.
