Digital Products and Refund Policy

Digital products

Cradira sells downloadable digital resources, including PDF guides. Because digital products are delivered electronically and cannot be physically returned, purchases are generally final once access to the product has been provided, except where a refund is required by applicable law.

Please review the product description, format and system requirements before purchasing.

When we may provide a refund

Please contact us if:

• you were charged more than once for the same purchase;
• you received the wrong, damaged, incomplete or unreadable file;
• a technical problem on Cradira’s side prevents you from accessing your purchase and we cannot resolve it within a reasonable time;
• the product was materially different from its description; or
• a refund is otherwise required by applicable law.

We will first try to correct the problem by replacing the file, restoring access or providing reasonable technical assistance.

Please review the product description, format and system requirements before purchasing. Refunds are not normally provided because of a change of mind, failure to use the product, or difficulty using a device or program that can otherwise open a standard PDF file.

Download access

Your purchase of the Household Systems Guide digital PDF includes five downloads through your secure purchase link.

Save the PDF to your device after downloading it. Once saved, you may open and read that copy as often as you like without using another download.

Each time the file is retrieved through the secure purchase link, it may count toward the five-download limit, including an interrupted or partial download. If you reach the limit because of a technical problem or need help accessing your purchased copy, contact us with your order number.

Download links do not currently have a set expiry date unless a different expiry period is clearly stated on the product page.

Personal-use licence

Purchasing a digital product gives you a limited licence to use it for your personal household use. It does not transfer ownership of the copyright or other intellectual property.

You may save and print a reasonable number of copies for use within your own household. You may not share the download link or file outside your household, upload it to a shared drive or public platform, resell it, reproduce it for commercial use, or distribute copies to clients, groups or organizations.

Requesting help or a refund

Email info@cradira.com and include:

• your name;
• the email address used for the purchase;
• your order number; and
• a brief explanation of the problem.

Please contact us as soon as reasonably possible after discovering the issue. We may request information that helps us confirm the purchase or troubleshoot the file.

Approved refunds

If a refund is approved, it will normally be returned to the original payment method. Processing times depend on the payment provider and financial institution.

Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable rights or remedies available under applicable consumer protection law.
