When you complete a Cradira form, quiz or assessment, we collect the information you choose to provide.
We may use it to provide your results, deliver a requested resource, respond to your inquiry or recommend relevant Cradira information, products or services.
Receiving a quiz result or requested resource does not automatically mean you have agreed to receive ongoing marketing emails.

Cradira may send emails that are necessary to provide something you requested, such as:
- responding to an inquiry

We may also send educational, promotional or marketing communications where you have consented or where otherwise permitted by law.

When you make a purchase, information may include your:
- name
- email address

Payments are processed through third-party payment providers available at checkout. Depending on the options offered, this may include card payments or digital wallets such as Apple Pay or Google Pay.
Cradira does not need to receive or store your full payment card details when those details are processed directly by the payment provider.
Information handled by a payment provider is also subject to that provider’s privacy practices.
Cradira’s app
Cradira also offers services and resources through a mobile app operated using third-party technology platforms.
Payments or information submitted through the app may be processed by providers such as the app platform, Stripe, Apple or Google rather than directly through cradira.com.
Additional privacy information may be presented within the app or by the relevant platform.
Amazon and other third-party retailers
Cradira may link to Amazon, the Cradira Amazon Storefront or other third-party websites and retailers.
If you follow one of these links, information you provide directly to that third party is governed by that company’s privacy practices.
Cradira may receive information such as aggregated referral or affiliate activity, but we do not receive the payment information you provide directly to Amazon simply because you followed one of our links.
Cookies and analytics
Cradira uses cookies and similar technologies for website functionality and, where you allow them, to understand how visitors use our website and support certain embedded third-party content.
We use Google Analytics to help us understand website traffic and interactions.
Optional analytics and other non-essential technologies are controlled through our cookie consent system. You can accept them, reject non-essential cookies or change your preferences.
We respect supported browser privacy controls, including Global Privacy Control, where configured through our consent system.
For more information about the cookies and similar technologies used on this website, please see our Cookie Policy.
Embedded and social media content
Some Cradira pages may include or link to content from third-party platforms such as Instagram or TikTok.
Embedded content may allow those services to receive information about your interaction with the content. Where required, that content or related tracking is held until you provide the appropriate cookie consent.
When you interact directly with a social media platform, its own privacy policy also applies.
